PHILLIP ADAM

Phil Adam coached the Ashwaubenon Softball program from 1978 (the first year of the program) until 2002. Over these 25 years as head coach he led his team to 18 conference titles, amassed 459 wins to only 76 losses, and let his team to the WIAA State Tournament 14 times. In 1992 Ashwaubenon won its first state softball title and followed it with two more in consecutive seasons.

Phil was more than just a successful softball coach. In 1982 he was the Wisconsin Middle School Teacher of the Year. Phil was also a member of the initial WFSCA Executive Board until his retirement in 2002.
